Superfreako Productions is Denton Kukahiko and Chad Kukahiko, two brothers who between them have nearly two decades of experience in the entertainment industry.  Superfreako Productions is dedicated to the making of films that are both entertaining and inspiring – devoted to the pursuit, with each and every piece, of creating something that stimulates its audience to actual change or action toward making the world a better place.

Denton Kukahiko is the co-director, co-writer and co-producer of Superfreako Productions, the master of all things technical. Denton has spent over ten years producing musical, athletic and theatrical events. He has worked on several student films in many different aspects ranging from producer to director to cinematographer and recently competed as the producer/director/writer of a team that competed in the Best Fest San Diego 48 hours of Madness 2007.

Chad Kukahiko is also co-director, co-writer and co-producer with his brother and handles the talent and their performances.  He has spent over half of his life performing in more than fifty plays, and spent two years on the road with STOMP.   His film and television career includes appearances in a handful of television shows and independent films including Charmed, the Magic Stone and Mid-Century.  His play ‘Longshot’, in which he also starred, was produced at the 2000 New York Fringe festival.  As a musician he has been signed to Elektra Records and as a singer and song-writer he completed production of the album ‘swell’ in 2005.

Superfreako Productions completed 'sloppy seconds' for the 48-Hour film festival: San Diego this past July and are currently working on a multi-faceted production/site which will have it's home at www.lastdaysjournal.com in the coming months.
